As seasoned Android developers, we have witnessed this evolution from the usage of Eclipse to the adoption of Android Studio, the transition from Java to Kotlin, and the shift from XML to Jetpack Compose, among numerous other advancements.</p>
<p>If we rewind about 4 or 5 years, the way we built Android apps went through a major makeover. Google even gave it a snazzy name – Modern Android Development, or MAD for short.</p>
